Updates!
|

|
Ok finally here and with some news.
First of all the most important one: The Hall of Pain. The Aeven Grocery's fridge room at its basement has broken.. and just outside of it a new path is revealed. Its a set of rooms filled with spikes and brand new monsters: Artists (that drop pencils) and Vitamen. You won’t survive this if you dont carry with you enough potions as every step on the spikes reduces your health while the map drains your TP, but the reward for the effort is great: You will find at the end a room where "Apozen Overlord" spanws.. and he drops Devil costumes both male and female!!
Ill be writing a complete guide of how to get there and with all the details shortly on the guides section to preserve it for the future. Meanwhile, you can read more about this at EOVoice or The Picto-Blog now available at the headlines at the top of this page. Also, please visit a new blog called dragondes' endless which Ill be keeping an eye on.
Also, there’s a rumor that Vult-r has quitted his job and hes ready to finally give some time to his Endless-Online project. Time will tell if this is true... but this info made me visit www.vult-r.com which now has changed from Vult's blog to a 'Vult-r Network' homepage... theres a funny message at the bottom saying "Sausage go away!" that made me giggle. Additionally, don’t miss Arvid's renewed site at http://www.ogrens.net/arvid with a lot of stuff.

Anti-Speed Disabled
|

|
Today the first thing I saw when logged on to EO was a Speeder. Yes they are back, but not because they found a new speeding method or a brand new hack. Last night Vult-r's new anti-speeding code caused the server to crash for hours so it was disabled. Fair players are now on the expectative for it to be fixed and re-introduced.

What tha hell, Aeven?
|

|
It was a weird day today in EO. Xmas is officially over, but before Aeven went back to normal, a biblical Apocalypse took place there. As a way to introduce to us his brand new anti-speeder code, Vult-r made some sort of 'event' at Aeven where holes leading directly to hell warped users to the very core of hell; Apozen's lair where a weaker than usual Apozen was ready to fight the crowds.
Also, Vult took his time to wipe some few accounts with overwhelming amounts of gold. There’s now a rumor that duplication is again going on.
So right now anyone who speeds gets automatically disconnected and becomes announced to everyone letting community know about the cheating attempt. This is what people have claimed for months, the general community is happy and EO is a better place now. Let’s hope this one last for long, as this kind of fixes had been done in the past but worked around by hackers and then made public to cheaters. Anyways, way to go Vult-r, and thank you.

Major Known Game Bugs and Issues |
- Jail Glitch: It looks like a
problem in the monster's AI; when a party member
attacks a monster, it looks for the one who is
closer in the party to attack, but as it
accomplishes to check the X and Y position on map,
it doesn't validate the map number, attacking party
members in other maps like those that could be
jailed.
Speed hacks: This issue is very
old, program trainers modify the client's memory
values to escape the system speed-up checks giving
cheaters the chance to move faster than usual.
Neither game developers or us approve the use of
these programs, anyways most of them key log your
system and may become a gate for someone to steal
your account.
